Showcasing the delicate and complex artform of Kirigami, this 3D model captures and shows off color and movement for the recipient. Bluebonnets have been a symbol of Texas—and the state flower—for more than a hundred years. After a heated flower war in 1901, the National Society of Colonial Dames of America successfully convinced the Texas legislature to choose the bluebonnet, a name that paid homage to the many brave Texas pioneer women.
